Continium Selected for Silicon Catalyst's ChipStart EU Semiconductor Incubator
Continium has been selected to join ChipStart EU, the semiconductor startup incubation program delivered by Silicon Catalyst.EU with support from the Chips Joint Undertaking (Chips JU) and Malta Enterprise.
Silicon Catalyst is the world's only incubator focused exclusively on semiconductor startups. Its ChipStart EU program brings the model to the European Economic Area, offering a one-year incubation for a small, selected group of early-stage companies. The program connects breakthrough semiconductor innovation with industry expertise, investment, and the wider European chip ecosystem.
What ChipStart EU brings to Continium
Over the next 12 months, Continium will gain access to experienced mentors from across the semiconductor industry, design and technology resources including EDA tools and IP, investor networks, and strategic industry connections. The program also provides dedicated support aimed at accelerating our journey from innovation to market.
"We are proud to become part of the Silicon Catalyst ecosystem. ChipStart EU gives us access to the expertise, resources, and connections we need to take our technology to the next level," said Peter Hospodár.
Strengthening Europe's semiconductor ecosystem
Joining ChipStart EU reflects Continium's commitment to building semiconductor technology in Europe. With the EU Chips Act driving investment in European semiconductor capabilities, programs like ChipStart EU help early-stage companies grow faster and contribute to a stronger, more resilient European chip industry.
