Continium design team in Slovakia completed with its Slovenian and French project partners within the EDF research project HIDRA, its first 22nm SOI Multi-Project Wafer (MPW) prototyping run. The gained backend skills from this initial analog circuit design of RF power limiter will be re-used for the ongoing CTSD ADC prototype design in the same technology node.
